1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, connecting a wallet, signing in to the Neural Console or holding $MUSH, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the token.

2. Not a Medical Device, Not Advice

Mushroom Compass is a crypto project that uses the language of a neural lab. You acknowledge that:

• Nothing here is a medical device, a treatment, or a brain-computer interface; no implant exists
• Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice
• $MUSH is a token on Solana; its value can go to zero and no return of any kind is promised
• Roadmap phases describe intent, not a guarantee, and carry no dates or deadlines

3. Wallets and Self-Custody

You are responsible for your own wallet. You agree that:

• Mushroom Compass never holds your keys or your tokens and cannot recover, reverse or refund anything
• Sign-in is a message signature; you should read what you sign and never sign a transaction you did not intend
• You will take the contract address only from this site or Solscan, never from a message or a DM
• Trades happen on third-party venues such as Jupiter, under their terms, at your own risk

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mushroom Compass or its channels to:

• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity, including market manipulation
• Impersonate the project, its team or its channels, or circulate fake contract addresses
• Attempt to hack, scrape at scale, or otherwise compromise the site or the Neural Console
• Present $MUSH to others as an investment product or a medical product

5. Holder Access

Access to Neural Console modules is a courtesy extended to wallets that hold $MUSH. Modules may change, pause or come online in phases; access confers no ownership of the site, no voting right beyond what the community organises for itself, and no claim on anyone.

6. Limitation of Liability

The site and the token are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mushroom Compass shall not be liable for any loss of tokens or funds, market losses, wallet compromise, chain outages, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the token.

7. Changes and Termination

We may change these terms, alter or pause holder modules, or restrict access to the site at any time. The token itself lives on Solana and is outside anyone's power to switch off; that is the point.
